You do not need to pass a strength test before joining. Your first visit helps the team understand your current ability, goals and suitable starting level.
What people ask before starting.
Can I start if I cannot do a push-up or pull-up?
Yes. Coaches use regressions and supported variations to help you build the required strength and technique from your current level.
What age can children start calisthenics?
K2's minimum age is five years. Kids training focuses on age-appropriate strength, coordination, mobility, confidence and body awareness.
Is there an upper age limit?
K2 does not set an upper age limit. Suitability depends on current ability, health context and an appropriate starting plan.
What are the class timings?
K2 operates Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM-10:00 AM and 5:00 PM-10:00 PM, in 60-minute sessions. Members are assigned a batch, with timing flexibility subject to availability.
What happens during a K2 trial?
The trial introduces the coaching environment, discusses your goals and helps identify a suitable level. The exact one-day or two-day trial format is awaiting final confirmation.
Is calisthenics safe?
No physical activity is risk-free. K2 reduces avoidable risk through assessment, technique coaching, suitable progressions and clear medical referral boundaries.
