Information you choose to provide

When you contact K2 by phone, WhatsApp, Instagram or an external booking service, that service and K2 may receive the details you submit. Avoid sharing unnecessary medical or sensitive information through general contact channels.

02

Event registrations

The event form records the participant's name, age, contact mobile number, selected event, participation fee at registration and consent/submission time. K2 uses these details to manage registrations and communicate event arrangements. A parent or legal guardian must register participants under 18 and provide their own contact number. Authorised K2 administrators can view, export and delete registrations. No payment information is collected in this form. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit spam; raw IP addresses are not stored in the registration database.

03

External services

Trial booking, WhatsApp, Instagram and future maps or analytics features may be provided by third parties under their own privacy terms. K2 should configure analytics to minimise personal data and must not place sensitive enquiry details in URLs or browser logs.

04

Media and member stories

Member, coach and event photographs should be published only with appropriate permission. Transformation information should include only approved details and should be removed when consent is withdrawn where applicable.

05

Retention and requests

A final retention period and support email must be approved before public launch. Until then, privacy requests can be made using the published K2 phone or WhatsApp contact.
