By enrolling in any service offered at K2 Calisthenics Park, you agree to abide by our terms, policies, and code of conduct. These Terms & Conditions apply to all members, visitors, and trial users.
Membership & Payments

All membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

Memberships can be paused for valid medical reasons with prior notice.

K2 reserves the right to revise pricing or plans with notice.
Trial Policy

Each individual is eligible for one free 2-day trial only.

Missed or no-show trials may not be rescheduled without prior approval.
Safety & Liability

All participants must undergo a basic fitness screening before joining.

You understand that physical training involves risks. K2 is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.

Consult a physician before starting if you have medical conditions.
Code of Conduct

Members must respect staff, equipment, and fellow trainees at all times.

Abusive language, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in termination without refund.
Privacy

Personal details shared with K2 are kept confidential and used solely for communication, bookings, and progress tracking.

We do not share or sell your data to any third party.
Amendments
