K2 combines strength and mobility so members can build control through useful ranges of motion. Coaching can be adapted around disclosed limitations, but it does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a qualified medical professional.
Last updated 1 September 2026What mobility means at K2
Mobility is trained in context: the range, control and positioning needed for the strength or skill being developed. It is not treated as stretching for its own sake.
Working around limitations
Tell the coach about relevant pain, injury history or medical guidance before training. The coach can modify fitness work within scope and may recommend medical clearance when appropriate.
A progressive approach
Exercises start at a manageable range and load, with technique and response monitored before progression.
- Controlled ranges
- Joint-position awareness
- Scalable strength
- Clear referral boundaries
What people ask before starting.

Can I train with a previous injury?
It depends on your current condition and medical guidance. Share relevant information before training; K2 may ask for clearance from a qualified professional.
