K2 teaches skills such as pull-ups, dips, handstands and muscle-ups through prerequisite strength, mobility, control and technique. The skill you train depends on your assessment and readiness, not simply the most advanced move you want to attempt.

Coaches break a skill into trainable components, choose suitable regressions and monitor form before increasing difficulty.

- Scalable drills
- Technique feedback
- Progressive exposure and recovery
For beginners and advanced members
A beginner may be developing the foundations for a first push-up or hang, while an advanced member works on more demanding combinations. Both follow the same principle: earn progression through control.
Competition and freestyle context
K2 also hosts and participates in skill-focused events. Competition preparation and event details are published only when dates, rules and eligibility are confirmed.
What people ask before starting.
How long does a first pull-up take?
There is no reliable universal timeline. Starting strength, bodyweight, attendance, recovery and technique all matter. K2 assesses your current pulling capacity and builds the relevant progression.
Can I start handstand training as a beginner?
Possibly, with an appropriate wall-supported or preparatory drill. Wrist, shoulder and trunk readiness should be considered first.
